Change takes Understanding. Assess will study your company's current state of Sales Execution and Product/Service Portfolio Management and cleary articulate what is preventing you from attaining your desired state. This is accomplished through detailed analysis, research and interviews. The deliverable is a focused, no nonsense report that details the areas that should be addressed and the scope of potential negative impact that these areas represent.
Change takes Planning. Prescribe defines the solution sets for correcting these areas. Using our best practices and experience, StC builds a plan with measurable, discrete steps that will allow you to achieve the goals that you seek. This plan will be your "playbook to success" with clear tasks, processes and changes for you and your teams to execute.
Change takes Action. Execute builds on the Prescribed plan. An StC team member acts as coach, consultant and driver; pushing the client's team to focus and execute without mercy. Our passion is to get you to the desired state as quickly and efficiently as possible. StC can, if desired, provide expert staff to make this successful for you.
Change over time is difficult. Coach guides you and your executive team to assess areas of personal growth, create a plan to address them and work with you to ensure constant movement toward the long term change you seek. Many of our clients leverage this service to insure that the positive changes put in force during execute phase don't drift over time.
